I have chronic Lyme and a few co-infections one of which can cause Fibromyalgia in the soles of my feet. I hobbled around for a couple of years as the pain increased. My Lyme was getting better but the Babesia was putting up a good fight. I finally tried a pain releaving cannabis salve and was very happily surprised. The salve had a twofold effect; one was that as an anti-inflammatory the swelling seemed to reduce in the nerves, secondly the pain inhibitors greatly reduced the pain of walking. I am currently able to be on my feet all day with little soreness. Before all I could do was take opioids to reduce the pain.
